Ongoing Support Groups in Georgia

Do you ever feel as if you are the only one walking in your shoes? Would you like to connect with others experiencing some of the same issues? We can provide a connection.

The Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia, in partnership with Brookhaven Community Resource Center and CHADD GA, provides monthly support groups for individuals  affected by Learning Disabilities. All meetings take place via Zoom and are free.  Which one would be helpful for you?

Adult Support Group

With Focus on Attending and Learning Issues

This support group for adults with attention or learning issues meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm Eastern Time.   ADULT SUPPORT GROUP LINK

Parent Support Group

Helping You Understand Your Child’s Attention and Learning Issues

Parents of children and teens with learning difficulties are invited to meet with other parents to learn about the issues your child is facing. This group meets on the second Tuesday of each month, September through May, at 7:00 pm Eastern Time.

Women’s Support Group

With A Focus on Attention and Learning Issues

This group addresses the unique issues faced by women with attention and learning issues. We meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm Eastern Time.
